Return and Refund Policy

We accept return requests made within 30 days after delivery.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Opened cleaning solutions, used cleaning tools, gift cards, and final-sale items are not returnable.

Starting a return

Email sparkleshinejewelers@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If the return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return results from our error.

Damage or order problems

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email sparkleshinejewelers@gmail.com promptly with your order number and photos so we can evaluate the issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a separate order after the return is accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect the return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email sparkleshinejewelers@gmail.com.
