These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sparkle Shine Jewelers website and your purchase of products from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Store services

Our store is hosted by Shopify. We may update, suspend, or discontinue products or site features at any time. You must use the site only for lawful purposes and must not interfere with its security or operation.

Product information and care

We work to describe and display products accurately, but colors and appearance may vary by screen. Jewelry materials, finishes, treatments, settings, and construction vary. Review each product's directions and compatibility guidance before use, and consult the jewelry manufacturer or a professional jeweler when uncertain. Do not use a product on materials or items excluded by its instructions.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order, including for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or product availability. Payment must be authorized before an order is accepted. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Prices and promotions

Prices, taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price and charges shown at checkout when the order is placed control. Promotions may have separate terms and may not be combined unless expressly stated.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers or events outside our control. Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Intellectual property
